A6str Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the a6str platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the a6str platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the a6str platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the changes. a6str reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and a6str as the platform operator. This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the a6str platform. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. a6str reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly for withdrawal processing or account verification purposes. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by a third party as a result of your negligence. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the a6str platform, you agree to:
- To use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in compliance with applicable laws.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not to engage in any fraudulent activity, hacking, technical interference, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
- Not to use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Not to share your account with or allow any other individual to use your account.
- To treat other users and support staff with respect in all forms of communication on the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed, depending on the severity of the violation. a6str reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the a6str platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and approved local e-wallets. a6str does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
All deposits are final and non-reversible once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate before confirming any transaction. a6str is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the selected withdrawal method and current verification requirements. a6str reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for compliance purposes. Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
A6str reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. If a user identifies any discrepancy in their transaction history, it must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
A6str reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or platform abuse.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Accessing the platform from regions excluded from a6str's services.
- Upon request by a regulatory authority or pursuant to a relevant legal directive.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, depending on the circumstances and the outcome of a6str's internal investigation. Users who believe their account was suspended in error may submit an appeal to the support team along with any relevant supporting documents.
6. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The a6str platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. a6str does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or free from viruses. Any service disruption resulting from system maintenance, third-party failure, or circumstances beyond our control does not render a6str liable for any losses incurred by users.
A6str is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including anticipated loss of profits, data loss, or business disruption. a6str's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the a6str platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the property of a6str or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from a6str.
Third-Party Links
The a6str platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that a6str endorses, recommends, or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.
7. Amendments & Governing Law
A6str reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
